Frankie J is an execution coach for fathers, the owner of ProCraft Renovations, and the creator of the In Home Sales Academy system and Spar. He's 40, a father of four, based in Annapolis, Maryland — and he's rebuilding his own life in public, on the same standard he coaches.

The short version

Frankie J started selling home improvements in the home in 2004 and has sold in the home for over 20 years — $50M+ in career sales. In his top-rep years he was a top gutter sales rep, at his peak running roughly $125–180K a month in net sales (his own reported figures). He built his own roofing business, lost it, and rebuilt it — today he owns ProCraft Renovations, a windows and roofing company, and still runs appointments.

Why execution coaching

Because his own life is the case study. Raised by a single mom in a poor, broken home. Selling drugs at 12–13, arrested a dozen times as a juvenile, in a mental institution at 13, kicked out at 14, out of school after ninth grade. A father at 22. Then sales, businesses, real money — then complacency, and losing a lot of it. What survived every chapter was one skill: the ability to execute when nothing about his circumstances said he should.

The standard he lives

Up at 5:30 AM. Roughly 10,000 steps a day. Training. Running his businesses and his appointments. Home, present, for his four kids. Reading and studying. A scorecard that records what actually got done. He is a Type A man — direct, competitive, outspoken — who battled his own mind his whole life and had to build discipline to survive it.
