  4. The standard. Working with Frankie J takes a 45-minute call every week, a 2-minute check-in every day, and 3 to 5 hours a week of real work on your goal. The scorecard tracks all of it.
  5. The fit call. 30 minutes. Your 90 days mapped, and a straight answer on whether he can help. If you're not a fit, he'll tell you that too — rather than take your money.
  6. Enrollment. Agreement first, then your onboarding call goes on the calendar that week. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. The price is never negotiated in the DMs.
