What is Fathers That Execute?
Fathers That Execute is Frankie J Execution Coaching — a coaching brand for fathers ages 30 to 50, built on one philosophy: Execution Changes Everything. Its core doctrine is that the enemy is the excuse, never the man, and it runs on four pillars: Family, Work & Business, Body, and No Excuses. The flagship offer is the 90-Day Execution Intensive.
What is the 90-Day Execution Intensive?
Thirteen weeks of working with Frankie J directly: a 75–90 minute onboarding audit, a written 90-day plan with one primary outcome and three weekly priorities, thirteen weekly 45-minute private calls, a daily self-tracking scorecard, two async check-ins per week, a midpoint review, and a final report with your next quarter mapped. It is not a course and not a group program.
How much does the Intensive cost?
$3,000 for the full 13 weeks, or three monthly payments of $1,000. The price is the price — it is never negotiated in the DMs.
Who is it for?
Men 30 to 50 who already know what they want — a goal in fitness, business, fatherhood, or their own standards — but don't follow through. You start, you stop, you start again. The Intensive exists to break that cycle with a plan, a scorecard, and a coach who notices when you go quiet.
Who is it not for?
Anyone who wants a guarantee, and anyone who wants Frankie J to do the work for them. He doesn't do the work — he makes sure you do. And if what you're carrying needs a professional — therapy, medical care, financial counsel — get that support first. Coaching complements professional treatment; it never replaces it.
How do I apply?
DM the word EXECUTE to @frankiejexecutes on Instagram, or email frankie@fathersthatexecute.com. There is no checkout. You'll answer a few straight questions, then take a 30-minute fit call. If you're a fit, a written agreement comes before enrollment. Full steps are on the apply page.
Why only five spots?
Because Frankie J delivers every call, check-in, and scorecard review himself. Five founding clients is the honest capacity — no staff fulfillment, no hand-off to a junior coach. When the five are gone, they're gone.
Do you guarantee results?
No. No income, physique, or mental-health outcome is guaranteed or promised, here or anywhere in the program. The promise is the system and the accountability: a plan, a scorecard, and a coach in your corner for 90 days. Results depend on the client's participation.
Is this therapy?
No. Execution coaching is accountability and follow-through support. It is not therapy, medical care, or financial advice, and it never replaces professional treatment. If a man's situation is clinical or in crisis, the honest answer in the fit call is to get a professional in his corner first.
