What is an execution rate?

Your execution rate is completed commitments divided by planned commitments, times 100. It's the single number Frankie J's Sunday check-in reports — the honest measure of whether a man's week matched his intentions.

The short answer: Your execution rate is completed commitments divided by planned commitments, times 100. It's the single number Frankie J's Sunday check-in reports — the honest measure of whether a man's week matched his intentions.

Why one number

Feelings about a week are negotiable; a rate isn't. A man can feel busy at 40% execution and feel lazy at 90%. The rate ends the argument. Over 90 days, it also shows the trend — and the trend, not any single week, is what a rebuild is made of.

How to read it

A low rate with honest grading is more valuable than a padded 100%. If the rate is low, the fix is usually one of two things: the commitments were fantasy (shrink them until they're real), or the follow-through is the gap (that's the work of the Intensive). Both answers are useful. Neither is available to the man who doesn't track.

The bad-week rule

Report the bad weeks. Frankie J posts his, including the misses — because a system that only survives good weeks isn't a system, and a scorecard that gets edited is just another excuse with better handwriting.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
