The Intensive, Broken Out

The Midpoint Review

The midpoint review is the Intensive's halfway audit: at the middle of the thirteen weeks, the plan, the scorecard record, and the primary outcome get reviewed together — and the second half gets set from evidence, not from the first half's hopes.

The short answer: The midpoint review is the Intensive's halfway audit: at the middle of the thirteen weeks, the plan, the scorecard record, and the primary outcome get reviewed together — and the second half gets set from evidence, not from the first half's hopes.

What gets reviewed

The record: execution rate by week, which commitments hold, which keep breaking. The outcome: is the primary outcome on pace, mis-sized, or quietly replaced by drift? The plan: do the weekly priorities still serve it? A midpoint review that only celebrates is a wasted instrument — this one adjusts.

What changes after it

Priorities get re-aimed, the floor gets redefined if life has genuinely changed, and the known failure point gets a designed countermeasure. The second half of the Intensive is run deliberately — which is more than most men's whole years get.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
