The Written 90-Day Plan

The written 90-day plan is the document the audit produces: one primary outcome for the 90 days, three weekly priorities that serve it, and the daily commitments that serve the priorities — written down, because written is what a scorecard can grade.

The short answer: The written 90-day plan is the document the audit produces: one primary outcome for the 90 days, three weekly priorities that serve it, and the daily commitments that serve the priorities — written down, because written is what a scorecard can grade.

The three layers

Outcome, week, day. The outcome is singular and measurable — the kit's rule is name ONE primary outcome first, because five goals is a fantasy list. The weekly priorities translate it; the daily commitments execute it. Every layer exists so the layer above it can be checked.

Why written

An unwritten plan negotiates with memory and shrinks to whatever the week already did. A written one sits there at the Sunday check-in asking whether the week's three priorities served it — and the answer is data instead of mood. The plan is revisited at the midpoint review and closed out in the final report.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
