The short answer: The onboarding audit is the 75–90 minute first working session of the Intensive: a full review of where you are against where you say you want to be — the goal, the record, and the gap between them, named in detail before any plan is written.
What gets audited
The goal itself — is it real, measurable, and actually yours? Then the record: your recent weeks, your current standard, where follow-through actually breaks. The audit is built from the same questions Frankie J asks in the application conversation: what changes first, what a win looks like on day 90, and what has actually stopped you before.
Why it comes before the plan
A plan written without an audit is a wish with formatting. The audit is what makes the written 90-day plan honest: priorities chosen from evidence, a primary outcome sized to a real life, and the known failure points designed around instead of discovered in week six.
