Chapter Nine — Lost It

I lost my company. I got complacent, stopped doing the little things, and my mind went dark again. The chapter most men would edit out — I lead with it.

Then I lost it.

Not in one dramatic moment. I lost my company, and depression got me again. That's the part nobody wants to say out loud. I say it.

I also got complacent. I stopped doing the little things that built it. I let responsibilities slide — for years. Success means nothing if you stop doing what it takes to keep it.

I didn't lose momentum overnight. I stopped doing the little things for years.

Most businessmen would pay to edit this chapter out of their story. I lead with it. It's the middle of the only sentence that matters here: I built it. I lost it. I'm rebuilding it.

Every man I coach knows this chapter from the inside. Not the business version — his own version. The standard he let slide. The thing that was working until he stopped working it. This chapter doesn't have to be the last one. But only execution writes the next one.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
