I had to fight to get back up. It took years. Not months. Years. And I finally rebuilt.
I rebuilt my company — windows and roofing — and I still run appointments myself. I have four kids now. I've been married since 2018. My standard is public and daily: up at 5:30 AM, roughly 10,000 steps a day, training, work, home and present, and a written record of what actually got done.
The rebuild runs on what the loss taught me. Execution isn't an event. It's maintenance. The little things, done daily — including the bad weeks. A system that only works on good weeks isn't a system.
I'm not teaching this from a stage. I'm living it at 5:30 in the morning.
Now I live my life with gratitude and purpose. Gratitude for the second chance. Purpose in what I do with it. Fathers That Execute is that made useful to other men: the Intensive for the five I coach personally, and the guides and the story for every father who finds this site at 2 AM knowing something has to change. Built By Action. Execution Changes Everything.
